This Age-Restricted condominium complex will be located in Brookfield, Connecticut. A shared Community Center will house a pool and gathering spaces.
This residence is scheduled to be constructed in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This new home's design is based on the owner's desire for an old European lodge-style building, and will feature heavy stone walls and a wood shake roof. Formal interior spaces, including a Library and a Great Hall, are hinged off a central circular stair tower, which also serves as a connector for the bridge to the Carriage House. Details were derived from curved forms, and include sweeps and arched masonry openings.
