The two street-facing facades of this Downtown Ridgefield retail building were renovated.  Storefront entrances, framing and glazing along Main and Catoonah Streets were replaced.  New vertical pilasters and horizontal moulding bands reflect the traditional architecture of the nearby Town Hall and Fire House.  Green awnings and Burgundy sign boards were designed to add definition and clarity to the tenant merchants' spaces.  The renovated Office Building at 401 Main Street is visible in these photos across Catoonah Street.
