This commercial office and retail building is located in the heart of Downtown Ridgefield, at the intersection of Main and Catoonah Streets.  Twelve thousand square feet of interior space was renovated, and the building's exterior was dramatically transformed.  The minimalist horizontal lines of the 1960's building were wrapped with a more classical trim, and transversed by strong vertical pilasters.  Depth was added to the originally flat facade with an overhanging cornice similar to those at the nearby Town Hall and Fire House, and awnings similar to the Retail Building across the street.
